Kingdom Keeps (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based small business offering handcrafted and personalised gifts. All items are made to order or finished by hand with care and attention.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on this website.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without liability.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms & Conditions.
A legally binding contract is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability or personalisation details.
Many of our products are handcrafted or finished by hand. As a result, slight variations in colour, grain, texture or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not constitute a fault.
For personalised products, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (including spelling, names, dates and formatting) are correct at the time of ordering.
Please check your details carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer and personalised items cannot be amended or replaced once production has begun.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we aim to dispatch orders within stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the right to cancel or return, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless there is a fault.
For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Some products may be created using licensed designs or customer-provided artwork. All items are handcrafted, assembled and finished by Kingdom Keeps. All website content, images and text remain the property of Kingdom Keeps and may not be reproduced without permission.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on this page.
